Community Labs needed a brand and performance partner to scale consistent, measurable growth.

Community Labs is a venture studio accelerating the adoption of permanent data storage solutions. Their tools have been used by over 100,000 users to support the secure use of decentralized technologies. 

Community Labs was struggling to create consistent, measurable growth and was looking to transition a consumer product called ArConnect to a new software release. 

While ArConnect found success in early 2022, they had struggled to retain their users. 

Furthermore, Community Labs hoped to diversify its customer profile from crypto-enthusiasts to new segments. They were limited in their content function and needed a partner to support both creative development and paid advertising.

The team began with a complete audit of Community Labs’ growth strategy. Before engagement, Community Labs relied exclusively on partnerships and network effects to drive growth. And, existing content focused namely on static, text-based posts targeted toward crypto advocates.

The Circle Park team began isolating new user segments and value propositions for testing. Then, Circle Park deployed its content function to highlight human-centered stories and product education. The ideal content format was animated short-form vertical videos. 

Lastly, Circle Park monitored paid performance metrics, including click-through rate, cost-per-acquisition, and extension downloads.

During the partnership, Circle Park tested multiple value propositions, storylines, and formats to see what works best for the brand and paid performance.
